1. Initially payment 30% of the total payment is due upfront to block the vehicle. 2. The remaining 70% balance payment is due at the time of pickup at the designated location.
After completing the 30% payment, you will receive the host's contact details via SMS. You can also track and see your booking details on the "My Booking" icon on the homepage.
1. The customer/guest must submit: 1. Original Driving License or Passport 2. Drop their own two-wheeler as security 3. For out-of-state or international guests: - Original driving license or passport - Payment deposit (Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 20,000) Refund Process: - The host will return the documents immediately after the lease period ends and safe return of the vehicle.
1. Self-pickup: After booking confirmation, visit the host's location to collect the vehicle. 2. Delivery option: If available, the host may deliver the vehicle to your location. Discuss delivery charges and details directly with the host."
You will bear the cost of the fuel consumed in your trip. We highly recommend that you return the car at the same fuel level as it was when you picked it up. Please note that all fuel-related queries will need to be resolved directly with the host. You will recharge the FASTag as per your usage for the booking. You can reach out to the Host and they'll provide you with the FASTag recharge details.
